Namaste Natural Cleaning

28 to 31 July 2009 - Kakadu National Park

After 2 and a half weeks spent in Bali we are back on Australian territory, more precisely in the extreme north of the Northern Territory: Darwin and the Kakadu National Park. For this occasion we had rented a small van to go exploring this vast park. We were able to enjoy outstanding views and wilderness (we saw some crocodiles that did not look nice at all - unfortunately we do not see much in the photos) and desert Kakadu.
We return to Sydney for 5 days to redo our luggage, we stand (Because after two nights on planes and / or airports and 2 nights in a van absolutely not comfortable plus-hour drive and we put out ballads!), And say goodbye to our friends in Australia (a big thank you to Natasha, Melanie Renaud and host us during these 5 days) ...

July 25, 2009 - Day scooter in the Bukit Peninsula

Saturday we rented a scooter in order to go in the Peninsula Bukit (completely south of Bali).
Step 1: visit Uluwatu Temple located on a cliff overlooking the sea Most beautiful temple filled with many monkeys not always reassuring! (At the entrance we are advised to remove hats, sunglasses, earrings ... because these monkeys are thieves).
Step 2: we did dip and sunbathe on a beautiful beach forming a small creek: Padang Padang Beach.
Step 3: Then we have taken the scooter to return to an Italian restaurant where we ate very well during our first meal in Bali.
Step 4: Finally we reached an uncrowded beach north of Seminyak (it has changed us from the beach in Kuta).
On this, our stay comes to an end. Even a whole day to go to Bali then we will find in Australia from three days in Darwin and in the famous Kakadu Park.
Kisses

July 22, 2009 - Parade at a cremation

When we were in Padang Bay (where Julian did a little snorkelling order admire the coral reef) we had the chance to see the procession which takes place at a cremation (because it is customary for the bodies of dead or burned). In Balinese tradition, the ceremony of cremation must be happy (that is why there is music and that person n'al'air sad) so that the spirit of the dead could go and reincarnate. Very nice to watch anyway! Unfortunately lack of a satisfactory Internet connection we have not come to put the video on the blog ... Sorry. We're still a picture of the beach of Padang Bay which are moored fishing boats typical Balinese.
